I attended one of Mike's two-hour seminars on Thursday and was reminded why I appreciate him. He has a great sense of humor, calls it as he sees it and takes no prisoners.

Here they are: Rancho Mirage Real Estate

1.     Interest rates are at an all time low.

2.     Banks are gushing money and have plenty to lend.

3.     Home prices are low.

4.     Inventories are low which creates demand.

5.     There are lots of potential buyers.

6.     Appraisers are playing nice.

7.     It’s an Election year.

Let’s educate everyone we know and stimulate a new real estate transaction.
