I recently had the good fortune of doing a presentation for a good friend here in Las Vegas.
I realized as I talked to his sales team that I was sharing with them something I hadn't shared with you folks recently ... so here's something to think about.
We are 100% in the middle of the best Real Estate market that we've had in the last 5 to 6 years ... WHY?
A) Interest rates in the U.S. are at an all time low and seem to be getting better.
B) Inventory is very low because of demand.
C) The number of new buyers in the market is at an all time high because the prices are so low.
D) The quality of sales people (I'm referring to you) is the best we've seen in years.
E) We're projecting 5.2 million sales here in the U.S. ... not counting our great Canadian friends.
THIS IS AS GOOD A MARKET AS WE'VE SEEN IN YEARS ... and the only question is how much are you personally ... individually ... as a salesperson ... participating in this incredible market that we're experiencing right now?
Oh, I know ... you've got your story ... your excuse ... your hang-up ... "but you don't understand my problem and my market" ... mindset that you keep feeding yourself, which is the very reason why you cannot succeed at the level that you would like to.
Here's a variation of a script you may have heard before ... "When do you plan on becoming the Superstar that you and I both know you can become?"
